Role overview
The Lead Trainer in London plays a key role in upholding Wheely’s service standards for its chauffeur fleet. This position centers on delivering engaging training, adapting learning materials for the London market, and supporting the company’s growth in one of its most important locations.
What you will do
- Deliver both in-person and group training sessions for chauffeurs to ensure service aligns with Wheely’s standards
- Adapt and manage training content to address the specific needs of London’s market
- Assess chauffeur performance and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to support individual chauffeur development
- Serve as the main point of contact for chauffeurs, offering guidance and answering questions
- Act as the local expert and advocate for the chauffeur community in London
