Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware issues in the field, including knowledge of networking basics and device OS behavior/logs to diagnose failures and support root cause analysis. Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA/8D processes, and managing supplier relationships (scorecards, audits, escalations). Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from RMAs, support tickets, and operational systems to spot trends. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Hardware Operations, Support, and Sales.
