ProSidian is actively seeking a dynamic Lead Technical Training and Development Process Engineer for our Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) Instructional Design Staff Augmentation. This role, identified as [WMATA0012011], focuses on providing program support to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), an essential regional transit authority operating across the DC metropolitan area.

As a Lead Technical Training and Development Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of technical learning systems, working directly with government and public services sector clients. Your expertise in process engineering and instructional design will be crucial for driving innovative solutions that optimize workforce performance.

This position is contract contingent and typically located within the CONUS area, specifically in the Washington D. C. and Mid Atlantic Region. Although primarily a contract role, there may be opportunities for conversion to a full-time employment status with ProSidian.

JOB OVERVIEW

In this capacity, you will provide critical services and support within the Government and Public Services Industry sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions. Your responsibilities will involve redesigning WMATA's training workflows to create smarter, more efficient, and accessible learning systems. By employing data-driven instructional design, you will enhance learning outcomes and operational performance.

Your role will encompass process engineering, systems optimization, and the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. You will oversee workflow redesigns and digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful integration and execution of training programs.
