Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Over 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment. At least 3 years of leadership experience (experience leading a remote team is a plus). Deep understanding of recruitment best practices. Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Analytical mindset with a knack for leveraging data to inform decision-making. Full professional fluency in English.

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with Teltonika's IoT objectives and growth plans.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to secure top talent for our expanding teams across various locations.
  • Lead, mentor, and enhance the Talent Acquisition team, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Identify and integrate emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition across the Middle East.
  • Continuously review and refine recruitment workflows to meet our ambitious growth targets.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring alignment with global policies.
  • Collaborate with global hiring managers to establish job requirements, interview protocols, and selection criteria.
  • Provide a professional and engaging candidate experience while showcasing our employee value proposition.
  • Leverage data analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and generate insightful reports.
