YOUR MISSION
We are inviting applications for the position of Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) who will play a pivotal role in the development and integration of state-of-the-art aerospace and defense systems. As an LSE, you will be instrumental in defining, analyzing, and ensuring the successful execution of mission requirements across complex, mission-critical space systems that support national defense initiatives and the advancement of autonomous space technologies. The LSE will take ownership of the requirements, verification, and validation (RV&V) efforts, manage the daily systems engineering processes, and integrate Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools. You will lead gate review activities, oversee the daily tasks and prioritization of program Systems Engineers, and guide interface definitions while leading mission and vehicle level gating reviews.
