The Future Projects Division leads the development of new space technologies and programs. This team explores early-stage concepts and pre-development efforts to expand what Nyx can do and to support upcoming missions.
Role overview
The Lead Systems Engineer (ISOS Host) joins the Future Projects Team to help develop a robotic orbital station. This station will become part of the In-Space Operations and Services (ISOS) ecosystem, supporting tasks like satellite servicing, propellant resupply, and advanced robotic-assisted experiments in orbit.
What you will do
- Apply systems engineering expertise to the design and development of a robotic orbital station
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on ISOS-related projects
- Support the creation of new capabilities for satellite servicing and in-orbit experiments
Team leadership
This position blends technical engineering work with leadership responsibilities. The Lead Systems Engineer will guide a dedicated team, ensuring progress on ambitious projects that expand the ISOS ecosystem’s reach.
