As the Lead, Sustaining & Factory Operations Program Manager, you will act as the pivotal link between product innovation and global manufacturing excellence, ensuring a smooth transition from New Product Introduction (NPI) to high-volume mass production. This influential leadership position requires a seasoned professional adept at mentoring a high-performing team, developing long-term capacity plans, and managing executive-level relationships with global Contract Manufacturers to optimize yield, quality, and throughput. With over ten years of experience in hardware operations and a comprehensive understanding of the full product lifecycle, you will spearhead the overarching Design for Manufacturing (DFM) strategy and oversee multi-million dollar capital investments while mitigating complex supply chain risks. We seek a financially astute leader with a strong executive presence ready to enhance global operations and shape the future of our manufacturing landscape.
This position is hybrid, requiring three days a week in our San Francisco, California office.
