The Lead Strategist & Solutions Expert will collaborate closely with senior learning and business leaders to redefine learning operations at scale while maintaining a strong focus on execution. This position is ideal for individuals who excel at translating strategic insights into actionable models, thoughtfully guiding innovation, and assisting organizations in embedding new operational methodologies over time.
This is a hands-on role that necessitates a consistent onsite presence and active management across strategy, design, and implementation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Enterprise Learning Strategy and Advisory
Collaborate with senior learning and business leaders to define the learning strategy within a multifaceted enterprise environment.
Offer practical advisory support on learning transformation, capability development, and solution direction.
Assist in decision-making through comprehensive analysis, trade-offs, and well-informed recommendations.
Craft roadmaps that align learning strategy with operational realities.
Solution Design and Innovation
Identify and assess relevant learning approaches, technologies, and delivery models that are scalable and fit for purpose.
Prioritize innovation initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
Lead pilot programs and exploratory initiatives as needed.
Contribute to the development of technology, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to support learning operations.
Facilitate the practical and sustainable adoption of new tools and methodologies.
Quality and Standards in Design
Establish and maintain learning design quality standards across solutions.
Critique and validate learning designs to ensure effectiveness, usability, and evidence-based practices.
Work closely with design teams to enhance consistency and quality.
Mentor and support team members to elevate overall design capabilities.
Designing and Embedding Operating Models
Lead the design and continuous integration of the learning operating model within an enterprise setting.
Define service structures, roles, responsibilities, and operational workflows.
Design comprehensive workflows that connect strategy, design, delivery, and governance.
