About the Role
Fivetran boasts highly praised documentation that is central to our product's success. The Technical Communications Team oversees the creation of technical documentation and in-product text. Our globally distributed team of technical writers collaborates with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Technical Support to deliver exceptional documentation and UI content that enhances user experience.
As a Staff Technical Writer, you will elevate Fivetran’s documentation to a new standard of excellence. Your responsibilities will include writing and editing comprehensive documentation that empowers customers to fully utilize Fivetran and understand our database and data lake products. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, support engineers, and fellow technical writers within our friendly, international team.
This full-time position is based in our Bangalore office. We offer a hybrid work model, blending remote flexibility with in-person collaboration, including two office days each week to foster team connections and creativity.
