Role Overview:
As a Lead Staff R&D AI Engineer, you will spearhead the development of innovative AI systems that merge computer vision, natural language processing, and action learning. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models, enhancing reinforcement learning applications, and advancing the integration of multimodal AI technologies. This position requires a robust background in both computer vision and large language models, coupled with practical experience in reinforcement learning, to develop intelligent systems capable of understanding, reasoning, and interacting with complex environments. You will lead research projects, mentor technical teams, and transform groundbreaking AI research into real-world applications across varied sectors.
