About Your New Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will:
Shape the technical vision and architecture for projects within your area of expertise (Frontend or Backend).
Take hands-on ownership of intricate challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor and coach fellow engineers, promoting growth, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and direction.
Establish and uphold engineering standards, processes, and tools across the team.
Leverage AI-assisted workflows and automation to enhance productivity and focus on high-impact initiatives.
Balance technical decisions with long-term maintainability, scalability, and team effectiveness.
Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment, professional development, and a collaborative culture.
