About Your New Role

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will:

  • Shape the technical vision and architecture for projects within your area of expertise (Frontend or Backend).

  • Take hands-on ownership of intricate challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Mentor and coach fellow engineers, promoting growth, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and direction.

  • Establish and uphold engineering standards, processes, and tools across the team.

  • Leverage AI-assisted workflows and automation to enhance productivity and focus on high-impact initiatives.

  • Balance technical decisions with long-term maintainability, scalability, and team effectiveness.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment, professional development, and a collaborative culture.
