Your Role:
As a Lead Algorithm & Signal Processing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design and develop advanced algorithms and techniques for effective sensor decision-making, encompassing areas such as signal detection, classification, electronic support measures, cognitive electronic warfare, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement state-of-the-art signal processing and machine learning techniques to address complex radar and RF sensing challenges.
- Create and execute models and simulations for advanced RF systems.
- Lead small project teams and initiatives.
- Assist in business development and proposal writing activities.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate advanced capabilities into prototype systems.
Who You Are:
- You must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance, requiring U. S. citizenship.
- You hold a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field.
- You possess 5 to 7+ years of relevant work experience depending on your degree (BS +7 years or MS +5 years).
- Your expertise spans two or more of the following areas: RF/radar signal processing, waveform design, electronic warfare, machine learning, algorithm development, modeling & simulation, or systems engineering.
- You are proficient in one or more scientific or mathematical programming languages, including but not limited to MATLAB, Python, and C/C++.
- You possess strong mathematical skills, troubleshooting abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Security Clearance.
