Qualifications

What do you need to excel in this role?A minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or related projects. Certifications (at least one required):ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent. Extensive hands-on experience in administering, maintaining, and configuring ServiceNow (ITSM and associated modules). Strong background in requirements analysis and project delivery. Good understanding of the ServiceNow product suite and IT service management principles. Experience in creating SOPs and technical documentation. Familiarity with integration technologies (Web Services, REST, SSO, LDAP, etc.). Comprehension of complex systems and interoperability. Knowledge of IT security standards and project management methodologies. Experience in solution design is a plus. Proficient in English: minimum B2 (CEFR).

What will you contribute to our team?

  • Ensure the security, availability, performance, and ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow platform in partnership with Architects and Developers.
  • Oversee development efforts, including enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Manage the platform throughout its entire lifecycle (design, implementation, operation, optimization).
  • Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for end users and support teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess expectations and platform usage requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and validate business and user requirements.
  • Convert requirements into effective technical solutions in accordance with architectural standards.
  • Communicate proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the deployment of organization-wide service management capabilities.
  • Coordinate development and enhancement initiatives with Architects and Developers.
  • Provide insights on business requirements and technical designs.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and development efforts.
  • Assist cross-functional teams in risk management, security, and disaster recovery.
  • Maintain current documentation (technical specifications, SOPs, user guides, knowledge base articles).
