What do you need to excel in this role?A minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or related projects. Certifications (at least one required):ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent. Extensive hands-on experience in administering, maintaining, and configuring ServiceNow (ITSM and associated modules). Strong background in requirements analysis and project delivery. Good understanding of the ServiceNow product suite and IT service management principles. Experience in creating SOPs and technical documentation. Familiarity with integration technologies (Web Services, REST, SSO, LDAP, etc.). Comprehension of complex systems and interoperability. Knowledge of IT security standards and project management methodologies. Experience in solution design is a plus. Proficient in English: minimum B2 (CEFR).

Uni Systems is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Platform Specialist to join the team in Warsaw. This role focuses on guiding the ServiceNow platform through its full lifecycle, from design and implementation to ongoing operation and optimization. The position calls for close collaboration with Architects, Developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure the ServiceNow platform is secure, available, and performing well, working closely with Architects and Developers.
  • Oversee development, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Manage the platform’s lifecycle, including design, implementation, operation, and optimization.
  • Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for end users and support teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess expectations and platform requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and validate business and user requirements.
  • Translate requirements into technical solutions that meet architectural standards.
  • Communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the rollout of service management capabilities across the organization.
  • Coordinate platform development and enhancement with Architects and Developers.
  • Provide input on business requirements and technical designs.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and development.
  • Assist cross-functional teams with risk management, security, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including technical specifications, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
