Join a prominent global multinational corporation that boasts a strong technological presence in Singapore. We are in search of a highly skilled . NET/Azure Senior Developer to lead the execution of a large-scale and intricate . NET implementation project across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze user, business, and system functional requirements, transforming them into actionable delivery objectives.
- Craft robust technical solutions that adhere to the Functional Specification Document.
- Lead a development team of approximately 8 members, driving development activities utilizing . NET, SQL Server, and Microservices on the Azure cloud platform.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in accordance with Technical Specifications, ensuring comprehensive unit testing to maintain code quality and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews for junior developers and external vendors, upholding coding standards and best practices.
- Prepare and oversee documentation for system releases and deployments.
- Support system testing efforts, ensuring prompt resolution of any reported issues.
- Assist in integration testing and user acceptance testing phases.
- Provide incident support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including conducting root cause analysis.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and timely resolution of concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development using . NET technologies, with a strong command of C#. NET and SQL Server.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Azure . NET technologies.
- Previous experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred.
- Proven ability to deploy and maintain cloud-native . NET applications on Microsoft Azure.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure messaging services, and related compute resources.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and dedication to delivering excellence.
