Requirements:Proven experience with the Payroll Module (PCR, Schema, Wage Types, etc.). At least 4 to 6 years of experience in implementation, maintenance, consulting, or as an end-user of SAP Payroll products. Hands-on experience in managing IT incidents and problems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose system issues. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborative problem resolution. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear information sharing. Ability to work independently and as a valuable team member. Critical thinking and adept problem-solving capabilities. Strong time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

As a Lead SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Payroll projects. Your expertise will contribute to providing exceptional consultancy services specializing in ERP products, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain SAP Payroll HR application support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee complex payroll solutions, ensuring timely payment for over 190,000 employees.
  • Customize payroll schemas, rules, and calculations to align with local regulations, including wage type and deduction configurations.
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues, initiating necessary amendments and rigorous testing for optimal system performance.
  • Recommend effective alternatives and manage resource estimation for implementation to fulfill client requirements.
  • Administer changes to configurable items through thorough configuration management practices.
  • Conduct review and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables before user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create technical design specifications and accurately translate designs into functional specifications.
  • Develop and execute test packages, documenting results to guarantee program quality.
  • Maintain current system documentation and foster overall customer satisfaction.
