The Reliability team at Relativity Space is dedicated to ensuring quality is integrated at every phase of the Terran R design and production processes, instilling reliability from the outset. The team collaborates closely with design, manufacturing, testing, and launch teams to stay aligned with hardware, comprehend constraints, and proactively guide decisions. As the program transitions from development to production and large-scale operations, this is the right time to establish effective processes, controls, and inspections without hindering progress. The team plays a crucial role in managing risk, nurturing a culture of ownership, and ensuring speed never compromises quality.
