We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our VIP program, ensuring that our most engaged and loyal customers receive a premium experience that reflects the quality of our platform. The VIP Program Lead will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the VIP experience for our high-value clientele.In this senior individual contributor role, you will work cross-functionally with various internal teams and external partners, manage operational workflows for VIP services, and serve as the advocate for VIP customers within our organization. Location: Remote - North America Preferred.
