The Lead Program Manager plays a crucial role in bringing NICE CXone software features to the market. This position is vital for steering, planning, and standardizing software development activities from inception to launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating organizational success through effective governance, standardization, and planning efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management to translate market requirements into actionable tasks for Architects, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance Engineers.
  • Implement the product vision throughout the software development lifecycle to achieve program objectives.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to steer, strategize, and execute software goals.
  • Work closely with Product Management to decompose product backlog items into detailed technical specifications.
  • Lead the team daily, ensuring plans, estimates, documentation, and product deliveries are on time and within budget.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple teams.
  • Identify resource conflicts and drive necessary adjustments to meet critical project milestones.
  • Provide timely updates regarding project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
  • Oversee Release Management to coordinate, communicate, and facilitate releases across various environments.
  • Offer clear and prompt guidance for product and project inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Product Management for product launches and technical documentation.
  • Become a product line expert, ensuring usability and effectiveness.
  • Create and present visual layouts and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Share insights about the product from the end-user perspective.
  • Research emerging technologies and capabilities to drive optimal product solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing process and program enhancements to decrease costs, reduce time-to-market, and improve predictability.
  • Occasional travel for client meetings or industry events may be required.
