In this role, you will have the opportunity to redefine our onboarding experience, creating tailored solutions that ensure every member’s journey with Hinge Health begins effortlessly, with motivation and personalization at the forefront. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams to develop user-centered designs that move from concept to execution, encompassing user research, interaction and UI design, as well as prototypes that enhance our member experience while aligning with our core business objectives.

We are seeking designers who possess the knack for simplifying intricate challenges, demonstrate a passion for high-quality work, have a proven history of delivering impactful experiences, maintain a growth mindset, and have a genuine curiosity about our members’ needs.

What You'll Achieve

  • Lead the vision and strategy for member onboarding

Establish both immediate and long-term visions for an onboarding experience that is curated, informative, and seamless, all while furthering key business and health outcome objectives.

  • Create highly personalized, habit-forming experiences

Utilize member feedback, behavioral insights, and data-driven signals to design customized onboarding paths that empower members to cultivate sustainable health habits and optimize outcomes across various personas.

  • Deliver a scalable, world-class product experience

Implement modern UI, thoughtful UX, and engaging motion design to craft intuitive, high-quality experiences. Develop scalable design patterns and contribute to shared frameworks that enhance design consistency organization-wide.
