Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a closely related technical field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience in advanced programming languages. Preferred Qualifications:In-depth technical expertise in the Microsoft . NET stack. Understanding of systems engineering and deployment methodologies. Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis and programming. Proficient understanding of the business functions for which applications are designed. Strong grasp of Architecture Best Practices. Extensive knowledge of Security Best Practices. Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Design principles.

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is excited to announce an opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer to become a pivotal member of our team in La Vergne, TN (Greater Nashville area). In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance the systems that facilitate the collection, ingestion, storage, analysis, transformation, and distribution of our data. You will oversee the entire data pipeline lifecycle—from ingestion to the establishment of Operational Data Stores (ODS). As a Lead Software Engineer, you will serve as the senior technical programmer within the team, taking ownership of the solution stack and demonstrating a strong problem-solving aptitude. You will deliver impactful results through both individual contributions and mentoring junior engineers. Collaborating with the data architect, CI/CD architects, and fellow engineers, you will create and deliver top-tier data platforms. This position is hybrid, requiring onsite work at our Ingram headquarters four days per week.
