Qualifications

As the Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be the Engineer of Record for specific projects, leading coordination meetings and supervising staff. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting periodic and comprehensive evaluations of team members. Serving as the Engineer of Record for designated projects. Supporting the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer in training and mentoring staff. Coordinating project assignments and ensuring effective system design and engineering processes. Establishing design standards, specifications, and criteria for engineering projects. Overseeing the execution of tasks by engineering staff. Managing administrative construction duties, including field reports, responses to RFIs, and processing Bulletins and Addenda. Collaborating with the accounting team to prepare monthly project invoices and monitoring accounts receivable. Maintaining all correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners.

In your role as Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, contractors, architects, and project teams. You will oversee project assignments, manage teams, and ensure efficient coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
