The Advertising Performance group is dedicated to optimizing performance for all stakeholders in the advertising ecosystem – Advertisers, Publishers, and Roku. Our systems leverage multiple disciplines and cutting-edge technologies to perform real-time multi-objective optimization across large distributed systems with low latency. Utilizing Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, AI, Control and Optimization Systems, and Auction Dynamics, we tackle complex challenges. At the heart of our approach is our Machine Learning and Inference Platform that drives our entire operation.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will architect and lead the development of a state-of-the-art Inference platform designed for advertising-level low latencies, scalability, and high throughput. Your efforts will encompass optimizations across hardware, software, and models. We seek a technical leader with extensive experience in ML serving and high-performance computing, who is passionate about mentoring engineers, driving innovation at scale, and shaping the future of machine learning at Roku.
