Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience:
A proactive mindset, taking ownership from design through implementation to operations.
Hands-on experience in developing Java applications using Java 8 (or newer), Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
A vision for architecting scalable microservices.
Strong ability to implement design patterns effectively.
Proficiency with web technologies, including REST and Feign clients.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Solid understanding of Kubernetes deployments.
Experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Willingness to learn and develop domain expertise in delivered applications, with a background in Platform Engineering.
Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English, with a readiness to work within a globally distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka and MQTT.
