Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture. Deep hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka, including Kafka Streams, Connect, Schema Registry, consumer group optimization, and cluster tuning. Proficient in architecting AWS-based integration solutions employing services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, SNS, SQS, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM. Demonstrated experience in designing event-driven and microservices architectures. Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). Experience in implementing observability solutions like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK. Strong grasp of distributed systems, concurrency, scalability, and performance optimization. Excellent communication skills and capability in creating architectural documentation. Desirable SkillsExperience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform.

We are looking for a seasoned Integration Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions utilizing AWS cloud services and Apache Kafka, while also integrating MuleSoft as an additional platform. This position demands a blend of practical technical acumen, solution design expertise, and leadership skills.

The Integration Lead will define integration architecture patterns, mentor development teams, uphold architectural best practices, and deliver robust, secure, and high-performance integration solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise integration architecture using AWS cloud services and Apache Kafka.
  • Design scalable, event-driven, and microservices-oriented architectures.
  • Set best practices for designing Kafka topics, partitioning strategies, schema governance, and ensuring message durability.
  • Possess extensive experience with AWS cloud architecture and its services.
  • Design and execute event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
  • Engage in CI/CD implementations, deployment automation, testing, and post-deployment support.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product teams, and enterprise architects to align integration strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across distributed systems.
