Position Summary:We are on the lookout for motivated candidates based in India or Bangladesh who are enthusiastic about gaining international work exposure in Singapore. This is an exceptional chance for a proactive and technically adept Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in the AV sector, with a robust grasp of system design, implementation, and on-site project execution. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the project manager, technical team, and clients to ensure the successful execution of AV integration projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of AV integration projects. Support project management with documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation. Interpret AV system drawings, signal flow diagrams, and schematics. Oversee on-site installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems including displays, audio systems, video conferencing, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX). Conduct system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and commissioning. Engage with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to company standards and safety protocols during all project activities. Provide technical support and training for clients and end-users post-installation. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, test results, and handover documents. Qualifications:Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in the AV industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of AV systems integration, cable management, and equipment installation. Familiarity with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, Shure, etc. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Hands-on experience with on-site project execution and coordination. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
