Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems (central air, ductless splits, VRF, gas/electric heating)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and clients
  • Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards
  • Use ServiceTitan software to document service visits and updates
  • Participate in emergency service calls as part of the on-call rotation
