Position Overview: The Lead HSE Engineer will spearhead the development, implementation, and oversight of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategy across various construction projects. The role ensures compliance with UAE regulations, international standards, and corporate HSE policies while fostering a robust culture of safety, sustainability, and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage HSE initiatives, policies, and site teams across multiple projects.

  • Guarantee compliance with local laws, ISO standards, and company safety protocols.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental monitoring.

  • Facilitate HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.

  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Generate HSE performance reports and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure safe site operations.

  • Advocate for sustainability practices and continuous enhancement of HSE measures.
