Role overview
The Lead Growth Product Manager develops and owns product experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. This position spans both self-serve and enterprise offerings. The team structure is flat, encouraging close collaboration among product managers, engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers. The shared goal: deliver excellent results and move the most important metrics.
What you will do
- Set and manage the growth strategy and roadmap for both self-serve and enterprise products.
- Build a deep understanding of customers, market trends, and growth levers throughout the user journey, from discovery and onboarding to conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data, sales, and marketing teams to lead experiments and initiatives that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and A/B test outcomes to refine conversion and upgrade flows, increase usage, and adjust pricing and packaging for different segments.
- Lead growth initiatives that connect customer value with sustainable business outcomes across the company.
Requirements
- Proven track record: At least 7 years of product management experience, mainly in growth-focused roles. Background includes technically complex products with high design standards and measurable growth results. Experience with both self-serve and enterprise strategies is a plus. Skilled at leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
- Data-driven approach: Prioritizes understanding customer needs and has a history of turning insights into effective growth strategies. Experienced in leading discovery, defining features, and running experiments that drive growth.
Location
This role is based in San Francisco, CA, or can be remote within the United States.
