You will collaborate closely with the Founder to establish our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), craft compelling positioning and narrative, and execute founder-led marketing initiatives, including content creation, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. Your role will involve managing early pipeline development and commercial cycles, ultimately driving repeatable demand, achieving landmark wins, and creating a scalable GTM playbook.This position is highly impactful: your contributions will directly shape client success, fuel business expansion, and define Alaro's presence in the evolving legal services landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine & Validate the ICP: Identify high-converting customer profiles and buying personas, transforming insights into a focused targeting strategy.Build a Demand Generation Engine: Establish outbound, referral, and lightweight inbound strategies (including lists, sequences, content, community, and relevant partnerships/events) to foster qualified conversations.Conduct Discovery & Qualification: Lead introduction/discovery sessions, diagnose client challenges with credibility, and refine messaging, narrative, and qualification criteria based on real-market feedback, including creating essential assets like one-pagers and case studies.Manage Early Commercial Cycles: Implement a streamlined, high-velocity deal process (mutual action plans, stakeholder engagement, objection handling, pricing), initially collaborating with the Founder and progressively taking ownership of end-to-end closes.Document the GTM Playbook: Establish necessary CRM processes, maintain pipeline hygiene, and document critical elements including ICP, positioning, messaging, content strategies, stages, scripts, and objection handling techniques.Prepare for Team Scaling: Once the GTM motion is validated, assist in defining future GTM roles (e.g., partnerships, marketing, sales) and support onboarding into the established playbook.
