Qualifications
Extensive experience in delivering complex projects or programs. Confident project management skills (formal qualifications are a plus but not mandatory) utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies. Collaborative and inclusive approach with a proven track record in building effective partnerships across organizations and interdisciplinary teams. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across various teams, disciplines, and seniority levels. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including concise reporting and presentations to senior audiences. High attention to detail coupled with the ability to understand the broader context and focus on impact. Experience in defining outcomes, indicators, and success measures, using evidence to enhance delivery and demonstrate impact. Familiarity with monitoring, evaluation, and learning approaches and/or impact reporting (including data analysis and qualitative insights).
