This Lead for Programs & Business Operations role centers on the EMEA region. The position is based in London, Barcelona, or Paris. Relocation support is not available.
Role overview
The EMEA Supply Business Operations Lead shapes regional strategy and planning, working closely with Territory Managers, Acquisition Leads, and cross-functional partners. The role is central to driving business performance and operational alignment for Airbnb’s Homes Supply in EMEA.
Strategic planning and analysis
- Work with the EMEA Homes Director to define and implement strategies, objectives, and key initiatives for the region.
- Develop and maintain frameworks to track business performance in line with company priorities and OKRs.
- Conduct deep analyses of market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and growth opportunities across EMEA.
Operational excellence
- Refine and innovate operational processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and team alignment.
- Oversee business review cycles (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs), delivering clear performance insights to leadership.
- Spot obstacles and opportunities, and drive actionable plans to address them.
