Role overview
The Lead for Partner Programs joins MongoDB’s Ecosystem Partner Program team to build and manage partner initiatives. This position focuses on developing Partner Programs and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for Ecosystem Partners, including those involved in AI. The role is well-suited to someone with a strong background in Partner Sales and experience running large, complex programs.
Collaboration is central to this position. The Lead supports Regional Sales Leadership and Field Specialists, modernizes partner program functions, drives pipeline generation, improves co-sell efforts, and helps launch new sales initiatives with Ecosystem Partners.

Success in this role depends on deep experience in the Indian market. A strong understanding of the regional partner ecosystem, GTM strategies, and local business dynamics is required.
