About the Role
The Lead for Partner Programs joins MongoDB’s Ecosystem Partner Program team, focusing on building and managing partner initiatives. This position suits someone with a strong background in Partner Sales and experience overseeing large, complex programs. The work centers on developing Partner Programs and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for Ecosystem Partners, including those in the AI space.
Key responsibilities include supporting Regional Sales Leadership and Field Specialists, modernizing partner program functions, driving pipeline generation, improving co-sell efforts, and launching new sales initiatives with Ecosystem Partners.
Role Overview
This role covers two main areas:
- Leading program initiatives
- Supporting partner development activities
Deep experience in the Indian market is essential. The role requires a strong grasp of the regional partner ecosystem, GTM approaches, and local business dynamics.
Program Functions
- Design and roll out new Partner Programs and initiatives to enhance the partner experience
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather business needs, develop actionable plans, and deliver projects on schedule
- Oversee and execute programs to achieve strong results and surpass expectations
- Spot potential challenges early and communicate clearly with leadership teams
