Position Overview
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to conceptualize, develop, and govern enterprise-scale AI agents. You will provide strategic and technical oversight for AI agent development across various business units, ensuring adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to design, develop, and deploy AI agents that enhance efficiency and foster innovation.
- Offer guidance and technical oversight to users and teams engaged in agent development, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Develop, test, and maintain AI agents utilizing platforms such as Gemini Enterprise, Agentforce, Sierra. AI, DevRev, and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Monitor live agents, troubleshooting and resolving any performance or functionality issues that arise.
- Conduct extensive security and functionality testing prior to deployment.
- Create and enforce policies, guidelines, and protocols for AI and agent testing.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for AI strategy, brainstorming, and implementation across business functions.
- Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and propose best practices for enterprise-wide adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in AI solution development or intelligent automation, with practical knowledge of LLM-driven or agentic systems.
- Proven expertise with platforms such as Gemini Enterprise, Agentforce, Sierra. AI, or DevRev.
- Strong understanding of AI security, governance, and testing frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying complex AI concepts in business terms.
- Experience in defining AI/ML governance policies or technical standards is advantageous.
Location
This role is based in Chicago, IL and follows a hybrid work model (3 days in the office recommended).
