As a Supervising Electrical Engineer - CF, you will serve as the Engineer of Record on specific projects, leading coordination meetings and supervising staff as they execute their tasks. Your involvement will extend to budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. Key responsibilities include:Conducting regular, objective, and detailed employee evaluations. Serving as the Engineer of Record for designated projects. Supporting the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer in technical training and mentoring within the business unit. Coordinating and assigning various engineering projects, including system design. Establishing design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. Leading and supervising team members during task execution. Managing construction administrative responsibilities, including field reports, RFIs, and processing Bulletins and Addenda. Collaborating with accounting to generate monthly project invoices and monitoring accounts receivable. Overseeing all communication between staff, clients, contractors, and owners.
