You will need to be a confident presenter, capable of communicating effectively and gaining buy-in from a diverse range of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute financial analyses, modeling, and scenario planning.Support FP&A cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluations.Develop and refine Power BI dashboards (utilizing Power Query, DAX, and advanced data modeling) that serve as authoritative sources across revenue, cost, margin, headcount, and operational KPIs.Create predictive and statistical models (e.g., regression, classification, anomaly detection, clustering) to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational performance.Translate business rules and financial logic into robust, governed data models while embedding reconciliation processes and financial controls within data pipelines.Work closely with FP&A, Finance, Data Engineering, Data Product Management, HR/Reward, Sales Operations, and senior leaders on impactful analytical projects and ad hoc problem-solving initiatives.Automate reporting refreshes and pipelines, streamlining manual reporting processes into reliable and repeatable systems.
