Job Overview:
We are in search of a forward-thinking AI leader who will spearhead our enterprise-scale AI initiatives, including strategy formulation, architecture design, and successful project execution. This pivotal role necessitates profound knowledge of large language models (LLMs), AI governance, and robust machine learning platforms, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills that resonate with executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in constructing and scaling enterprise AI ecosystems while managing interdisciplinary teams in multifaceted environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic AI Leadership
- Establish and execute AI roadmaps that are in harmony with corporate objectives.
- Oversee the comprehensive model lifecycle, from research and experimentation through to production deployment.
- Ensure that AI projects deliver quantifiable ROI and tangible business benefits.
LLM & NLP Architecture (Enterprise Level)
- Architect LLM ecosystems, including RAG pipelines, orchestration layers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Guide domain-specific model fine-tuning and pretraining utilizing proprietary datasets.
- Integrate state-of-the-art platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, and Google Vertex AI.
- Define governance, compliance, and security frameworks for LLM implementations.
- Establish evaluation criteria for hallucination rates, factual accuracy, bias, and toxicity.
Infrastructure & Governance
- Develop and manage data governance policies and feature store strategies.
- Lead frameworks for model observability, monitoring, and drift management.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to guarantee scalability, resilience, and compliance.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Assemble and mentor multidisciplinary AI teams, including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Data Engineers.
- Provide mentorship to senior scientists and establish research best practices.
- Engage directly with executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assess AI vendors and explore technology partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 2 years in AI/ML leadership positions.
- Demonstrated capability to build and scale enterprise-level AI/LLM platforms.
