Your ResponsibilitiesLead and nurture a team of Data and AI engineers, setting clear objectives, conducting code reviews, and promoting professional growth. Oversee the complete development lifecycle of sophisticated Data and AI solutions, including automation frameworks and agentic workflows, to enhance data research, complex forecasting, and informed decision-making. Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure for AI services and APIs. Identify opportunities for automation, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with company objectives and facilitate high-impact data delivery. Stay abreast of advancements in AI and automation, integrating cutting-edge techniques and tools into team projects. Your ProfileA minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Operations, or Software Engineering with a solid track record in leading technical teams. Proficient in Python for developing scalable data pipelines, automation, and backend services. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS: ECS, EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda), workflow orchestration (Apache Airflow), containerization (Docker), and version control (git). Strong understanding of AI principles, including foundation models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, evaluation metrics, and the trade-offs associated with various AI methodologies. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
