As a Lead Data Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our development teams. Your mission will involve defining the software outcomes necessary to meet user needs, understanding application usage, and collaborating with developers to craft tailored applications that yield significant business value. You will engage with clients across diverse sectors, ensuring that the critical software solutions we deliver consistently provide tangible benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business challenges to develop, refine, and enhance product roadmaps aimed at delivering impactful, differentiated solutions.
  • Engage with and influence senior business stakeholders, leading discovery workshops to clarify business visions, objectives, and value hypotheses for large-scale transformations.
  • Utilize an agile mindset to iteratively define release plans and identify "slices of value," ensuring incremental delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and multidisciplinary teams—including subject matter experts, C-suite executives, developers, and architects—to manage product backlogs and advocate for shared goals.
  • Evaluate the current state and collaborate with clients to produce high-value artifacts such as personas, epics, and user stories within agile transformation teams.
  • Lead work breakdown and backlog refinement efforts, including specialized management of Experimentation backlogs to navigate the R&D nature of AI projects.
  • Advance the analysis community by integrating Data Lifecycle Management and AI ethics into our agile toolkit while sharing insights on complex data discovery.
  • Promote 'Continuous Development' principles as they relate to evolving AI models and automated workflows, ensuring close monitoring of software delivery and team collaboration.
  • Take responsibility for tracking the performance of delivered solutions against intended business outcomes and KPIs while fostering open communication and transparency.
