Efficient Computer is on the lookout for a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer who will serve as a crucial link between our innovative hardware and real-world customer applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing embedded computing solutions that encompass system architecture, board and module design, component selection, and full-stack systems integration—empowering customers to maximize the potential of Efficient's architecture.
This role is positioned at the crossroads of systems engineering, rapid prototyping, and customer engagement. You will work hands-on with both hardware and software to swiftly transform concepts into functional reference designs and demonstrations that validate the capabilities of our platform. Depending on your experience, you may also contribute to shaping the overall direction and practices of the solutions engineering function.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Engineering & Integration
- Oversee end-to-end system architecture and integration for customer-facing solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between hardware, firmware, and software subsystems.
- Collaborate directly with customers to comprehend their requirements and architect board- and module-level solutions from conception to deployment.
- Lead system topology definition, component selection, and design trade-off analysis with an emphasis on delivering integrated, operational systems.
