WHAT ARE WE BUILDING?
At Fyxer, we are revolutionizing client communication with our AI Email & Meeting Assistant. Our innovative tool alleviates the administrative load for professionals in client-centric roles such as sales, consulting, and recruiting. By understanding your inbox, drafting replies in your unique voice, and capturing concise meeting notes, we streamline your workflow.
As a dedicated applied AI company, we leverage fine-tuned open-source models, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool utilization. Impressively, users send 53% of the email drafts we generate.
Since our launch in March 2024, we have rapidly scaled from $0 to over $30 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). In less than 18 months, we secured a $10 million Series A and a $30 million Series B funding round, with notable investors including Marc Benioff (Salesforce), Harry Stebbings (20VC), David Singleton (ex-CTO of Stripe), and Madrona (the first investors in Amazon and Snowflake).
THE ROLE
We are seeking a Lead CRO Engineer to join our Growth Engineering team — a compact but dynamic group entrusted with the product-led growth strategies that propel Fyxer’s remarkable revenue growth.
This role goes beyond mere UI refinement. You will be responsible for the infrastructure and strategies that convert user sessions into tangible growth. This entails designing and conducting A/B tests, analyzing user behavior metrics, and optimizing the entire acquisition journey across our paid landing pages, programmatic SEO, and lead magnet micro-apps. You will operate at the nexus of data, marketing, product, and engineering, utilizing rigorous A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and a profound knowledge of B2B SaaS growth mechanics to drive key performance indicators.
Each Growth Engineer possesses full ownership of their designated area within the product lifecycle, from strategy formulation to execution, without the intermediary of project managers.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Lead the conversion rate optimization initiatives across the entire user journey, from landing pages to paid activations and seat expansions.
- Develop, implement, and manage multivariate testing protocols to systematically enhance conversion rates and identify data-driven improvements for long-term user retention.
- Oversee the experimentation infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement in testing methodologies.
