Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure that meets business requirements. Drive architectural decisions, balancing performance, cost, scalability, and reliability. Lead DevOps and platform engineering initiatives, mentoring teams and advocating best practices. Define and execute the cloud and platform roadmap in partnership with engineering and product teams. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK. Construct and enhance CI/CD pipelines to boost deployment speed and reliability. Ensure security and compliance with standards such as PCI-DSS and SOC2.Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortem reviews. Optimize infrastructure costs and resource utilization through effective capacity planning. Champion automation projects, including AI-led workflow improvements. Foster collaboration across teams to ensure seamless integration of backend, frontend, data, and security systems. Qualifications:10+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or platform roles. Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, VPC, IAM, and RDS. In-depth understanding of distributed systems, networking, and Linux environments. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Go, or Shell. Significant experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).

Compensation
