Role Summary
As a Lead Client Partner at Pinterest, you will act as a strategic leader, fostering trusted relationships with premier advertisers by utilizing your extensive knowledge of full-funnel sales. Your deep understanding of client businesses will empower you to independently manage assigned accounts and effectively advocate for Pinterest products. Key responsibilities include achieving performance targets, generating new business, nurturing customer relationships, and addressing specific client needs. Your guidance will help clients unlock value for millions of Pinners seeking inspiration and action, while you forge strategic partnerships both internally and externally. Success in this position relies on your capacity to drive significant revenue growth and cultivate a vision for long-term client success within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Vision and Partnership Building
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that encompass awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention for top-tier clients, delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with client and agency stakeholders, including C-suite executives, Investment, Strategy, and Activation teams, while organizing pivotal educational summits, strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
- Formulate and execute a strategic business plan aimed at driving revenue growth on Pinterest. Secure buy-in from key stakeholders (both internal and external) for your strategic approach and foster accountability through influence. Propel year-over-year growth and lead annual deal discussions.
- Exhibit executive presence and leadership when engaging with clients, grasping the nuances of their businesses, including macro trends (headwinds, tailwinds), business objectives, and media KPIs. This critical thinking will empower you to challenge the status quo rather than accepting client directives at face value.
