This analyst leads initiatives that improve business growth and seller productivity worldwide. The role manages a broad portfolio of process areas and technologies, with a strong focus on Salesforce and its related sales tools. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is central, as is defining roadmaps, solving complex business challenges, and translating business strategies into real-world execution, especially in ambiguous or evolving situations.
What you will do
- Lead and deliver high-impact initiatives from problem definition through rollout, ensuring quality and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee a diverse set of process areas and sales technologies, focusing on Salesforce and its ecosystem.
- Work closely with stakeholders to map roadmaps, address business challenges, and support global sales teams.
- Translate business strategy into practical execution, even when situations are complex or unclear.
- Help shape how Pinterest evaluates and integrates new capabilities, including AI, across the sales technology stack.
