What Will You Be Doing?

As the Lead Analytics Engineer, you will establish the gold standard for data practices at Kaluza. You will architect scalable and reliable data solutions founded on modern best practices, driving the strategy for our data models while bridging high-level business objectives with technical realities.

Your responsibilities will include defining and enforcing engineering best practices (CI/CD, modularity) across the data organization, developing sophisticated modeling solutions for complex scenarios, and researching and implementing modern data stack tools. You will own the long-term vision for data modeling, design and implement data governance frameworks, and act as the lead responder for GDPR-related incidents. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will partner with Product to shape the Analytics Engineering Roadmap, translating complex business needs into technical requirements, and promoting a data-driven culture throughout Kaluza.
