About the Position
As the Launch Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering a smooth implementation experience for our Scribe solutions within healthcare organizations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and key customer stakeholders, you will oversee implementation projects, manage timelines, and ensure the successful rollout of our AI medical scribe product.
This is a full-time position requiring on-site work five days a week at our Mountain View, CA office, with potential travel of up to 30% for client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive implementation projects from contract closure to go-live, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Create and maintain thorough project plans, status updates, and strategies for risk mitigation.
Monitor and assess the success of implementations through established OKRs, focusing on metrics such as percentage of operational efficiency.
