Requirements Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Relevant experience in customer service, administration, or related fields is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset. A genuine passion for assisting others and resolving inquiries efficiently. Excellent organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and office software is advantageous. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with all relocation expenses covered.
