Role Overview
The LATAM Commercial Strategy Manager connects SharkNinja’s headquarters with its Latin American markets. This includes key regions such as Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina, as well as growing business in the Caribbean, Andean region, and Brazil. The manager will analyze and synthesize information from sales, marketing, operations, and other business functions to support SharkNinja’s standards and goals in the region. The role calls for someone who can adapt to shifting business needs and advocate for Latin America within the company.
What You Will Do
- Create and execute action plans based on performance data to drive strong sales in the assigned category.
- Forecast product assortments for each country, considering channel dynamics, product availability, competition, and category trends.
- Work with CI to support learning before and during product launches.
- Set ambitious standards for the team and encourage a mindset focused on breakthroughs.
- Gather feedback from all levels of the organization and foster collaboration.
- Develop deep product knowledge and build effective stories to support channel strategies.
- Communicate with SharkNinja customers to highlight the value of the full product portfolio.
