LATAM Commercial Strategy Lead (Manager)
The LATAM Commercial Strategy Lead serves as the crucial link between SharkNinja’s corporate headquarters and our Latin American markets. Our key focus areas include Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina, with rapid growth also occurring in the Caribbean, Andinas, and Brazil. We seek a highly analytical professional capable of synthesizing insights from sales, marketing, operations, and other vital business functions to foster SharkNinja’s “outrageously extraordinary” culture across teams. This role is ideal for a versatile individual who can adapt to various business needs, championing the region internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute action plans based on ongoing performance metrics to ensure high sales rates in assigned categories.
- Strategize future product assortments for each country, considering channel dynamics, product timelines, competitive pressures, and category insights
- Work collaboratively with CI to enhance learning pre and post product launches.
- Embrace a “breakthrough” mindset, setting ambitious goals for the team.
- Continuously gather feedback from all organizational levels, embodying a true team player attitude.
- Become a product expert and craft compelling narratives that inform robust channel strategies.
- Effectively communicate the portfolio strategy and product positioning to SharkNinja customers.
